Reservation Policy
We kindly reach out to guests who have made a reservation via phone, text message, or email at least 3–5 days before the reservation date. This contact is to confirm any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special events, ensuring you have the best dining experience possible.
If a reservation is canceled without notice (no-show no-call), an omakase fee of $185 per person will be charged.
A 20% service charge will also be charged when dined.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We are unable to offer vegetarian/vegan or raw fish allergy options. However, we can accommodate most food allergies (e.g., shellfish, gluten) and other dietary restrictions (e.g., Kosher/Pescatarian). Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or during our contact with you. We may not be able to accommodate same-day requests. For inquiries, please contact us at info@sho-mon.com.

In cases of delayed arrivals, we may need to expedite the service of your meal to ensure you can catch up by 7:30 pm and to prepare for the second seating. The second seating starts at 8:00 pm, and we close at 10:30 pm.
To Make a Reservation

Accompanying Infants
To ensure an exceptional dining experience for all our esteemed guests, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing infants with strollers, high chairs, or booster seats due to safety reasons and to allow all guests to fully enjoy our menu. We serve the same exquisite Omakase for children, priced at $185 per person.
Corkage Fee
$40 corkage fee per one 750ml bottle, $100 corkage fee per one 1800ml bottle. The sake/wine must be the bottle that we do not carry on the drink list.
Right to Refuse Service
We have the right as a business to refuse service based on conduct. Misconduct or disruptive behavior of individuals may be grounds for refusing to do business with them or denying them services. We also reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any guest who appears intoxicated upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
About Service Animals and Supporting Animals
All service animals, such as a service dog trained for disability, will be accepted at the restaurant. Please let us know if you have a service animal with you prior to visiting the restaurant, so we can arrange appropriate seats.
Supporting animals, however, may be refused because we are a small restaurant and we prepare all food in the open kitchen.
