We aim to introduce “Edomae Sushi incorporating Kappo techniques” as a new style of Japanese cuisine not only in Seattle but across the United States. The name “Sho-mon” translates to “Fortune Gate,” representing the entrance to a place where everyone can enjoy themselves and leave with smiles on their faces.
